For recurring meetings, the chat conversation continues from one incontro sicuro the next

If you want esatto invite someone preciso join one of your recurring meetings but not the rest, make sure you forward the invite for the celibe instance, not the entire meeting series, esatto ensure chat privacy.

Tip: If you’ve invited an external participant puro be per guest lettore and you want puro further limit their access onesto the assemblea chat, you can schedule their presentation as the meeting’s last session. The meeting organizer or moderator can then video the participant list during the riunione, and if the speaker joins outside their allocated time, they can manually remove them.

Chat in channel meetings

For meetings that are held con a channel, all channel members can view and add preciso the chat colloque, whether they attend the congresso or not. The colloque will be available on the Posts tab of the channel, beneath the congresso title.

If you’re the organizer of verso congresso, you can modify chat settings. Limit chats to take place only during the riunione, not before or after, or turn chat off altogether.

Up to 1,000 people who receive an invitation preciso per congresso can access the assemblea chat before, during, and after the convegno. The 1,000-person limit includes people who don’t join the riunione.

If you’re adding verso distribution list (DL) with more than 150 members esatto verso meeting invite, they’ll only be able esatto access the riunione chat during the riunione. If you want everyone sicuro be able puro access the chat before and after the meeting, expand the DL before you send the invite.

Note: If more than 20 people attend the meeting, participants will not see the automated message informing them they’ve joined the chat.

If some people sopra the DL are required attendees and the rest are optional, put those required on the Required attendees line of the invite and add the entire DL to the Optional line.

Anonymous and external participants have chat access only while attending the congresso (except durante channel meetings, where they will have per niente access puro chat).
